If you are experiencing a hub that appears to have loose bearings, please review the following options to resolve your issue:
1) Is your axle or skewer tight?
- Tighten the axle or skewer to the recommended torque.
2) Are the correct end caps installed in your hub?
- Measure the end cap inner diameter.
- The inner diameter should match the outer diameter of the axle.
- Common sizes are 9mm QR, 12mm, 15mm, and 20mm,
- If the endcaps are the wrong size, or appear to be damaged, replace the endcaps.

3) Is there a specific issue with your bearings?
- If the bearings are no longer pressed into the appropriate pocket, carefully press them back in.
- If the pocket is ovalized, or the bearings won’t stay seated, contact customer care for possible warranty.
- If the bearings are worn out, seized, or feel notchy, contact customer care for possible warranty.
4) Is the frame and fork secure?
- Your wheels are held in place through your frame and fork. It is possible that a loose headset or suspension linkage could be confused with a loose hub.
- Confirm that all suspension linkages and headset / stem bolts are torqued to the appropriate value.
